Vodafone Call-Center Offices

Specto is providing Project Management services to the client Bluemobile Investitii SRL for the works of “Rehabilitation of exterior fire escape stairs, ventilation system, interior hydrants and interior architectural works” in order to improve the fire resistance of two buildings:

• Call Center building (Sp+P+3E) and MSC building (Sp+P+E) within the complex which is located in Brasov, Romania.

• Office building situated in Valea Cascadelor, Bucharest is used by Vodafone as office building. Renovation works include exterior/facade and refurbishment of cores and some of the office spaces on the interior. Specto provided design services with multiple refurbishment options with various color and volumes on the facade. Also permitting from the authorities is managed by Specto, following client’s approval on the design.
