Monument & Museum of Benghazi

Benghazi Monument & Museum Project is the first monument built in Libya following the revolution in 2011. The project consists of 12 m high monument, 4,500 m² of museum, conference hall, library and offices together with a 10,500 m² of exterior roads, walking areas and landscaping.

4,500 m² of marble and travertine were used in different parts of the project. Two model airplanes made of brass are placed in the open air as a part of the exterior landscaping design.
