Akım (Curent) Metal Factory

Specto has been appointed by Curent Metal SRL as Construction Manager in their New Production Plant Project in Targoviste, Romania for the provision of design, obtaining permits and construction management services.

Situated in Vacaresti, near Targoviste City and near Arctic’s future factory, this investment consists of a metal parts factory for washing machines produced by Arctic . The plot for the project has a total surface of 6.8 hectares and hosts the following:

Main building for production, warehouse, office and technical annex which is located in the centre of the land. This building is developed on a total surface of approximately 12 2 sqm. The office area is included inside this main production building and developed on 3 levels (ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor).

Accommodation Building is located on the south side of the land with a total surface of 570 sqm and developed on 2 levels (Ground floor and 1st floor).
