Arctic (Arçelik) New Washing Machine Factory

Specto has been appointed by Arctic S.A. as Project Manager during the execution period, in Arctic New Washing Machine Factory. 

Situated in Ulmi, near Targoviste City, the plot for the project has a total surface of 705,247 m² and will host main building for washing machine production, warehouse, office and technical annex which will be located in the center of the land. Arctic Project will be developed on a total surface of  approximately 80,252 m² in two phases. 

Circulation areas including parking and platforms have total of 118015 sqm with 67,611 m² of green space. Rest of the land, approx. 431,369 m² will remain undeveloped.

Arctic Project is the first Leeds Platinum certified project in Romania.
